A space to make, play, potter and wonder
The Wild Space is our semi-permanent home at Far Peak, near Northleach — a place where children and their grown-ups can spend time creating, experimenting, imagining and playing at their own pace.
It isn't a class. It isn't a play scheme. And there's no list of things you need to achieve before you leave.
It's simply a space designed to make good play and creativity possible.
What will we find?
The Wild Space changes as the seasons, materials and ideas change.

Some children will dive straight into making. Some will construct elaborate worlds. Some will return to the same thing again and again. Others might need a while to look around before deciding what catches their interest and all of that is welcome here.
Especially for the ones who are getting "too old" for play
The Wild Space is for families, but we're particularly passionate about creating spaces that still feel exciting for children aged 6+.
Childhood can become surprisingly structured, surprisingly quickly. We want older children to have somewhere they can still muck about with an idea, follow their curiosity and play without being hurried towards an outcome.
